Send a useful correction

Include the page address, the statement that needs checking and a link to current provider or platform documentation. For a plan difference, identify the product, account type, billing period and region shown by the source. Do not send login details to demonstrate the difference.

If a link is broken, include its destination and the page where you found it. If the HTML form builder produces unexpected markup, describe the field types and a small fictional example. Remove personal data, private form responses and real endpoint credentials before sending anything.

Product and account support

A-Widget does not run the products discussed in its guides. Provider billing, refunds, account recovery and customer-message delivery belong with the relevant provider. Use that provider's own support route without sending us passwords, payment details or customer conversation records.

This site does not operate the former a-widget player or embed service. An old player address is not a current support channel here.

Message handling

An email you send includes your email address, message and anything you attach. Send only what is needed for the question. We cannot promise a particular response time or recovery of a third-party account.
